National Dollhouse Miniature Month - Day 18 - Kitchen

This is a terrible picture of the kitchen - but accurately portrays it.   So sad.   It gets better.   Guess what I found out.   I didn't have a stove in the kitchen.   It's on order and hopefully will be today so I can include it in the picture.

This Kitchen has rather old fashioned appliances and that's okay.   The ice box, and sink were gifts from my mother in law and I was very pleased that she wanted to add to my house.   I will deal with older things because of the thought.   The table was found on eBay and I love it.  I will tell you a tip on setting a table.   This whole scene is set on clear plastic.  When and if I want to change it, I just slide it off the table and do another.

Added valances to the windows.   The plastic container back there is a space saver for the stove that is on order.

The table is full of goodies that are in process. With company and big events, you need food and lots of it.

I also love the wire stand with the copper pieces.   Copper is one of my favorite things.

I am looking for a tin dish pan for my dry sink so I will have a sink option.   If you know where I can find one, lease a comment.

We're about half done on the house and I'm feeling good about it.

See you later.

Here's the stove.   I tried a new (pinterest inspired) wire whisk.   I love it but think I will try another one before I put the stove in place.   Isn't it cute!

The stove is great for your kitchen.
Thank you for the tip about the very practical way of clearing the table. I wish I could do so in real life.
Nice kitchen with beautiful items.
Hugs, Drora
