Halloween Bag

Who doesn't like candy - especially when it is on top of a cute Halloween Bag. I started this bag so it would be ready for the 2005 Halloween season. Well, why would I mention that. Hurricane Wilma hit late October in 2005 and with a foot of water in my house, Halloween was the least of my worries. The whole project, altho very damp from the humidity - it was not in water. It sat on a high shelf for a long time before I got back to it. I have participated in several Halloween swaps and had been saving all the candy boxes to use in it. It finally got done and it is one of my favorites. Enjoy.

Beach Scene

I found these great Christmas ornaments. Don't look like ornaments - look closer. Its the man with a towel and the lady listening to a sea shell. I thought they were absolutely darling and after hanging onto them for a few years, a friend gave me an aquarium. That was a perfect venue for my beach scene. After gatherning all the beach related minis I had collected over the years and had acquired mostly from swaps my scene developed. Enjoy.

Christmas Tree

This miniature Christmas Tree was one of the first miniatures that I did and it is still one of my favorites. The paper chain is like the ones children make in grade school. I used quilling paper and it took forever.
