Avon Minis

Several years ago Avon was selling miniature furniture. I thought it was really cute and decided to display it like a stacked box of gifts. Since the boxes were so little, I had to install lights so you can see the interior. Not terribly creative, just cute to look at.

Game Day

My sister had this cute little guy in a box for a daughter-in-law's garage sale. (It was a cake decoration) It is perfect 1 inch scale and I decided it would make a great scene. Put a Chief's game on the big screen TV. The food is ready and we're just waiting on the others to show up and watch the game.

My Raggedies are Clean

Living in Key West is wonderful except my house is always dusty. My poor little Raggedies have a terrible time trying to stay presentable. Over the weekend, I spent several hours cleaning, dusting, and rearranging my little darlings. Here they are at their best.

Miniature Toy Shop

I have carried around this Christmas card for several years and always thought it would work well with miniatures. After obtaining the cigar box, I knew had a perfect setting for a room box. With almost no light getting into the box after the card was on, I decided it had to be lighted to show off the toys. A little battery operated light works wonders.

The library show was a great success and I am adding some candid shots of some attendees. It was great fun to share my minis and maybe might have made a convert or two.

Antique Shop

I got my antique shop. As many of you know, I have been preparing for the Mini Show Exhibit at the Florida Keys Community College Library; so I wanted to finish this newest mini scene for that show. It is nice to get some of these items out of boxes and on display.
