Raggedy Ann Turns 100 - More Raggedy

This is absolutely, positively one of my favorite miniature scenes.   I do hope you like it.  

My Raggedies are in a traveling mode. Their little owner takes her Raggedies everywhere and when she has a minute she sets up their home (away from home) right in the trunk she caries with her. This is 1 inch scale.

Ruby Tuesday - A little red in the 'mini' restaurant

This is rather a cross post. First I love miniatures and I love the color red. This is a miniature restaurant scene done in a clear plastic paint pail. It is lighted in the back. It is in 1 inch scale.

Follow up to Day 11 - Oct 11, National Dollhouse Miniature Month

I posted a challenge to myself to finish some little men done in polymer clay. Well that didn't happen during the month, but it is moving on. I finished one little guy and have a bartender ready to finish. I really wanted gray bunka for the hair but settled on what I had. He needs a beer in front of him and some accessories, but so far he is coming right along.

National Dollhouse Miniature Month - Day 29

This little sewing box I've had for years and years. It has always been one of my favorites. It is filled with fabric and notions. Several patterns are also included. I have several sewing room boxes but always thought this little box is too good to just get lost in a room box so I display it in a display box.

National Dollhouse Miniature Month - Day 27

During this great month, I've been sharing some of my favorite items. This little box was my 'beauty salon' items. I really didn't much think about doing a salon, but loved the little items. I have place a dime in a couple of the photos to indicate how really small some of the items are. I love the mini nail polish. The box actually shows two different groups of nail polish, in two different sizes.

I just love prep boards. I have tons of them and don't get tired of them. Such creative little vignettes. I have them displayed in a spice cabinet. I have more, so take a look tomorrow.

Another one of my favorites is from Betty Perry of Leavenworth Ks. I've had it for years and can't remember just when I acquired it, but its been a favorite ever since. Be sure to note the dime for proper scale.

It's a great day for a picnic

Here's my newest mini scene. I had this candy container and it just fit in the remains of a covered cheese board. Thought it looked like a bear picnic.
