Mad Hatter project done

If I can’t go out, I can stay in and make miniature room boxes.    I call this #Mad Hatter.  Love all the stuff.  This is 1/12 scale.  It was the 2019 Lakeland Miniature fun day project.   The 2020 fun day has been cancelled but I hate to have one of their projects linger unfinished on a shelf.

Entrance

I thought I’d make a grand entrance.   This is 1/12 scale.  I love it.  I call it #maximalist.

I love Mary Englebreit and I love red, black and white.  Since I am home because of all this the virus closures, at least I can accomplish something.

Collections - depression glass.

Today’s collection focuses on DEPRESSION GLASS!!!!     When depression glass was introduced it was mostly a giveaway item.  It was to lure people to movies and other social gatherings.    I acquired most of mine in the 70s when it could be acquired very cheaply.   

Depression glass also comes in other colors.   Pink and clear are the most common after green.
